Credit Card payments are collected by Trekksoft AG acting as an authorised agent of Journey To Egypt. Subsequently, Trekksoft AG will appear as J EGYPT on your credit card statement.

The domain where you enter and process your payment is owned and operated by TrekkSoft AG.

To secure your payment

To secure your payment you must inform us of your request. We will contact you to discuss and finalize the arrangements and send you an itinerary for final confirmation. You must confirm these details and pay the deposit, as discussed in your details, to Journey To Egypt by wire transfer or Western Union are accepted.

Payment Policy

Reservations should be made as early as possible to book the desired holiday. Space on a given tour will be secured upon receipt a deposit of 50% of the full price. This payment will be 75% during the Christmas, New Year and Easter holidays and on packages including airfare. This deposit counts as part of your final payment. Deposits can be made by wire transfer or sent via Western Union. Payment should be received within 14 days of booking


Cancellation requests should be sent via emailed to provide us with written confirmation that your reservation should be cancelled.

Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Egypt. If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject to any fees according to airline’s cancellation policy.


A refund will normally be made to the same account and using the same method used for the original payment. No refunds are possible in the event of a no show for an existing reservation.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Children Policy

Policy 1: for packages, Nile cruises, and hotels

If your tour package includes flights, an extra supplement for your child may apply.

Policy 2: for sightseeing tours & shore excursions

If your sightseeing tours include domestic flights, an extra supplement for your child may apply


Tipping is customary for expressing one’s satisfaction with good services rendered to him by staff on duty with him. We advise you to tip as you are willing. This will be greatly appreciated by staff, but you are not obligated to do so.
